Workshop Team Leader
Location: Inverness
Starting salary from £39,338 - £44,200 Per annum, plus excellent benefits package
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
An exciting opportunity to join our Inverness branch at the heart of all workshop activity. You will be an organised people leader, with proven workshop experience, who encourages and promotes a team environment. You will supervise a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols.
You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and pro-active communication, delivering fantastic service to all customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and organise the workshop team.
- Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
- Liaise with external and internal customers to ensure work is authorised to a high standard.
- Deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
