The Role
We are seeking a Data Engineer to join this ambitious team. This role involves supporting the development of their data function and maximizing its potential. The successful candidate will work closely with the data team and other departments, contributing to the efficiency and performance of our business through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and link complex datasets to generate insights.
- Build mathematical models for business recommendations.
- Develop data engineering solutions, including back-end databases, models, and simple front-end interfaces.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches and track the value created.
- Communicate complex solutions clearly to non-experts.
- Write production code and collaborate with implementation teams.
- Promote data engineering within the company.
- Use various software and platforms for data analysis and reporting.

Key Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
