Customer Concierge Assistant
to join their friendly and professional team near East Grinstead. The role is ideal for someone with first-class customer-facing experience, strong IT and organisational skills and a desire to transition into a more commercially led position.
The Role:
- Be the friendly face welcoming patients to the clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the clinic's IT systems.
- Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and ensure the smooth running of the clinic day-to-day.
- Handle the ordering of stationary, clinic equipment, and other essential items to ensure the clinic is fully stocked.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Assist with the opening and closing of the clinic, ensuring everything is in place for the day ahead.
The Person:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
- Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts and assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
- Collaborative and able to work well within a team environment.
