Export Administrator

Our well-established client based in the Walsall area are currently recruiting for an Export Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the Export Administrator include:

  • Liaise with customers and handle queries
  • Ensure all relevent export paperwork is completed
  • Adhere to regulations and policies and maintain strict compliance
  • Prepare invoices and send to customers
  • Handle shipments and organise despatch
  • Understand compliance requirements such as certs/docs

The ideal candidate for the Export Administrator role will:

  • Need to have previous export experience within a shipping environment
  • Understand compliance requirements
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have exceptional organisational and attention to detail skills

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
