Conveyancing Assistant

£38,000 + Pension
If you are a Conveyancing Assistant seeking a new challenge in the workplace, this position where you will be dealing with residential conveyancing cases.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing own caseload of clients and completing residential conveyancing cases
- Liaising with clients, ascertaining their requirements and administering work load
- Ordering pre-transactional property searches and various Land Registry searches
- Preparing post completion work including completing API, TRI, RXI, UN2 drafts
- Producing draft SDLT returns and arranging the submission of these to Land Registry
- Completing pre-loan enquiries and compiling due diligence reports on all cases
