**Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This includes managing stock, preparing equipment for events, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse, and assisting with logistics and deliveries.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the receiving, unloading, and storing of stock and catering equipment
- Prepare and pack orders for delivery to event locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring secure and efficient transport of goods
- Liaise with the logistics and operations teams to support event delivery schedules
- Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of catering equipment
- Perform other duties as required to support the wider team
**Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Full UK driving licence (manual)
