Corporate Receptionist

£11.44 per hour
Monday to Friday / 8am - 5pm
Search Manchester are working with a very well established client based within the Salford Quays area who are looking for a an experienced Corporate Receptionist on a temporary bases with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.
This roles is suitable for someone who has very strong customer service and administrative skills within a corporate environment and available to start work immediately.
Typical Duties Include:
- First point of contact for visitors and staff
- Receive and organise all mail and packages
- Always present a professional and friendly manner
- Advise all visitors with relevant information
- Organize written and electronic mail
- Transfer information to relevant teams
Skills:
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive attitude with excellent initiative
- Accurate typing and shorthand skills
- Excellent time management skills
- reliable, professional, and independent
