As a Secondary Trainee Teacher, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality education to our students, day-to-day teaching and learning provision for KS3/ KS4 childrens in their class. You will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders in the school to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of what you do.

As an Trainee Teacher, you will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of secondary students, ensuring both academic progress and personal development
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments, homework assignments, and tests
- Be passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the curriculum
- Previous experience is desired but not essential
Requirements:
- A teaching qualification, QTS/PGCE
- An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online Update Service or be willing to process a new application
- Currently enrolled in a Primary Teacher Training program or recently qualified
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
