Your new company
We are currently looking for a Plasterer who has experience working with Damp & Mould treatments within social housing in the Leeds area who has experience of treating damp and using the correct membranes within this area. You will be working in residential properties across Leeds and will require prior qualifications as well as a valid driving licence.
Your new role
You will specialise in Damp Remediation work on tenanted properties as well as supporting the day to day reactive repair work for the company, focusing predominantly on the plastering. Basic knowledge of other trades may be required but not essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have prior knowledge and ability to showcase that you have recently completed work on the Damp & Mould repairs within the social housing area, showcasing that you have the knowledge and ability to complete this repair work to a high standard. Any NVQ or C&G which are relevant to this would be beneficial.
