Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for designers, subcontractors and clients
- Manage the CDE for the lifecycle of the project
- Train others on the systems
- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
- Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team
- Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Attending interviews and liaising with the Project Team regularly
Applicants should possess:
- Must have experience within Construction or a similar environment and working on projects
- Competent with Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams and Sharepoint
- Can work under pressure and manage a busy workload
- Well organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise work
- focused Team player
