Job Title:Assistant Estate Maintenance Manager

Location: Fulham/Hammersmith

Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent, temp minimum of six months

Temp hourly rate £13.00 to £14.00 per hour weekly paid full time hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (two days would be a 7.00am to 4.00pm) nearest tube is Barons Court on the District/Piccadilly line.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of the estate.
Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programmes to ensure the longevity of the property.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for specialised maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and promptly address any issues.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe living environment for all residents.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proven experience in estate maintenance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practises and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Proficient in using various tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in the property management industry.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legal requirements in estate maintenance.

Technologies:

Proficient in using standard maintenance tools and equipment.
