The Opportunity

As a Senior Service Consultant in the Conveyancing Service team, you will play an important role in delivering our introducer contracts and service processes on the accounts, under the direction of a Team Manager.

The role will involve:

  • Verifying, registering, and sending instructions
  • Assisting clients through the welcome pack process
  • Answering queries from customers and intermediaries
  • Chasing updates from solicitors
  • Keeping the Optimus portal up to date with updates and milestones
  • Building relationships with Estate Agents, Brokers and Solicitors as the middleman on conveyancing cases
  • Answering the inbound call lines for your team

About You

You will have at least 2 years estate agency experience or customer facing broker experience with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to help customers clarify their requirements and explain a complicated process to them.

You will also have/be:

  • A Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience or knowledge of the conveyancing or mortgage process would be a distinct advantage.
  • IT literate, particularly the MS Office suite of products and CRM systems
