R13 are partnering with a fantastic company, assisting in their search for a Site Administrator to join their team. Working with well-known household brands used across the UK, your role will involve overseeing the production site, ensuring the efficiency and compliance of the day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time position based in Norwich, working Monday to Friday, and is offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
- Providing administrative support for the site, ensuring compliance within company and legal guidelines.
- Coordinating staff and visitors on site, acting as the first point of contact for queries and managing resources.
- Dealing with any invoice queries, and signposting to the correct contact.
- Completing any other ad hoc duties as required.
You will have/be
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, and experience using SAP systems would be ideal.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well organised with the ability to manage a varied workload and work to tight deadlines.
