Hyde is looking to recruit a Property Research Analyst.

As a Property Research Analyst at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Research team to assist in preparing comprehensive reports and conducting in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities within the housing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, patterns, and emerging opportunities within the housing sector.
  • Assist with the creation of sales and marketing reports, including demographics, target markets, pricing, and comparable evidence.
  • Gather comprehensive housing sales data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to provide up-to-date commentary on competitors' marketing activities.
  • Assess the performance of our housing developments in different geographical areas.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and research within the housing or real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
