We are assisting a highly reputable law firm in Glasgow, who are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their IP Renewals team on a permanent basis, where hybrid working is available.
Within this role, you will work on a variety of tasks relating to Patent & Design renewals. Some duties will include: generating renewal quotes for clients; guaranteeing renewals are paid on time; liaising with clients via email / telephone; managing requests into the inbox; answering internal / external queries; general management of admin tasks.
What are the requirements? In order to be considered for this role, you'll ideally have some previous IP or Legal Administration experience. However, anyone with admin experience from a professional services background could also be successful.
