A successful Business Consulting / Coaching company seeks a highly organised and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support their growing business to start ASAP. The company is based in Brighton, so though this is a remote role ideally candidates should be in or around the Sussex area to meet on occasion and will require c15-20 hours a month initially.

Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary using Ovatu software, uploading data to Kajabi, generating leads from LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram, engaging with our audience on all platforms, uploading graphics to Facebook / Kajabi and assisting with email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Diary Management:
- Manage and maintain our diary using Ovatu software
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure smooth scheduling

2. Kajabi Data Management:
- Upload and organise data on the Kajabi platform
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and update course materials, landing pages, and other content

3. Lead Generation:
- Identify and attract potential leads from LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Research and engage with relevant individuals and businesses
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies
- Provide reports on lead generation to conventions.

4. Social Media Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms
- Proactively engage with our target audience to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute social media campaigns

5. Graphic Uploading:
- Upload and manage graphics on Facebook and Kajabi
- Ensure consistent branding and visual appeal across all platforms

6. Email Marketing:
- Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
- Manage email lists and segments
- Monitor email campaign performance and provide reports

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in a Coaching / Business Consulting company
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Kajabi & social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Nice to haves:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
