What we expect from you:
1. Instruction:
- Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons to secondary school students.
2. Curriculum Development:
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials in line with the curriculum.
- Tailor instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
3. Student Engagement:
- Create an enriching and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students are motivated to participate actively in their learning journey.
4. Assessment and Progress Tracking:
- Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to analyse data and implement strategies for improvement.
5. Professional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the English Department to enhance the overall quality of education.
- Share best practices and innovative teaching techniques with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a English Teacher in a secondary school setting.
