Key Responsibilities
- Draft and amend charity constitutions
- Submit OSCR application forms for various charity processes
- Advise on governance and regulatory compliance
- Administer grant-giving charities
- Offer philanthropy advice to high-net-worth clients
- Participate in business development activities
- Ensure information security
Qualifications
- NQ-4 years' PQE, ideally with charity law, corporate or private client experience
- Passion for the charity sector
- Commitment to client care and service
- Strong communication and research skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
