Tile Warehouse is a newly formed Pureplay business which is going through an exciting growth period, and we are now looking for a Part time Sales Executive to join our team! Working 22.5 hours, this role is for perfect for someone who is looking to join a growing business! Working alongside the Customer Service team you will drive sales through excellent relationship building.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work 7.5 hours on a Tuesday and 7.5 hours on either a Monday or a Friday. The rest of the hours can be worked flexibly.
Role Responsibilities
- To follow up on all sample purchasers through the existing 3 stage sample process
- Upsell products to customers
- Contact ‘Abandon Cart' customers to close or identify gaps in our offering preventing conversion
- Handle Sales calls and close these sales
- Identify and enrol VIP Club members
- Identify new customers and build relationships
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of a years' experience working within Sales
- Can do attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Tenacity and Drive to succeed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Keen to take ownership in a role with confidence and enthusiasm.
