Overview of a Talent Development Specialist

This role supports the Talent Development Team and European L&D and HR communities by coordinating and administering key L&D activities across Europe. It ensures successful delivery of regional and global projects, builds trust with Subsidiary HR/L&D teams, and fosters a strong learning culture in.

Responsibilities of a Talent Development Specialist

  • Operational Support: Manage daily L&D activities, coordinate with subsidiaries, HQ L&D in Korea, Shared Service Centre, and vendors; oversee project management.
  • Curriculum and Engagement: Partner with Sales & Marketing School in Korea for curriculum implementation; collaborate with platform providers to monitor and promote engagement.
  • Systems and Training: Act as L&D systems SME, including Cornerstone LMS, create training guides, and conduct virtual training.
  • Program and Event Support: Assist with leadership programs, on boarding workshops, and other trainings/events; facilitate virtual on boarding workshops as needed.
  • Community and Branding: Build relationships with Subsidiary HR/L&D teams, ensure consistent branding of regional content, participate in L&D conferences, and travel as needed.
