We are currently working on behalf of our client a London based boutique bank to find a candidate looking to progress to a Business Manager role. You will work within the strategic advisory team supporting with administrative and operational duties.
What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel arrangements, meeting coordination and expenses
- Assist the deal team with implementation and monitoring of certain compliance procedures, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Compile and prepare business reports, financial statements and other operational metrics
- Participate in and eventually lead operational projects, driving efficiency and improvement initiatives.
- Support the deal team with certain legal activities by preparing documents i.e. NDA's
What you will need:
To be educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience. You will have substantial experience working in a similar role, preferably within investment banking and have knowledge of a regulatory environment. You will be able to multitask and work under pressure.
