The corporate team has a broad practice and acts for a wide range of UK and international clients including investors, start-ups, SMES to large multinationals across a number of industry sectors such as manufacturing, tech, media and financial services.
We welcome interest from partners, with the following attributes:
- Private M&A/JV background – the firm doers act for listed clients, but doesn't seek out the work
- Current London or large regional experience
- Cross border experience would be advantageous
- Proven ability to develop new business
- Experience of developing juniors
- Niche sector experience is welcome
- A loyal following is a pre-requisite
