Marketing Executive

We are assisting a growing SME property services business, and they are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join the business.

This role offers fully remote working.

This role would be ideal for candidates who have proven marketing experience and are looking for a varied role, developing and leading on all marketing initiatives.

Reporting into the MD, the focus of the role is responsibility for defining and executing the marketing strategy to acquire and grow revenue from new and existing clients, review and manage social media, company website and branding, support and lead with e-marketing campaigns and support on marketing materials for newsletters, trade shows and business articles. Key duties and areas of responsibility will include;

  • Reporting into the MD and responsible for all areas of marketing for the business, with the assistance of 1 part-time marketing assistant.
  • Develop and implement current and new marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with and manage the part-time marketing assistant in developing and progressing graphic design and marketing material.
  • Create aligned client communications across all channels to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Create quality marketing content and e-marketing communications content and proof-read any copy that needs reviewing.
  • Shape the future of the communication strategy, including being involved in a review of e-marketing platforms and looking at new systems
  • Utilise CANVA & Adobe Illustrator for design of brand and all company material.
  • Work on and develop company websites, managing changes, updates, design and content.
  • Identify new client opportunities and implement a marketing strategy to engage and captivate the market.
  • Work with the MD on campaigns and marketing of current clients.
  • Manage and provide analysis report on google analytics.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilise CANVA & CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and organise promotional events and campaigns.
  • Attend various trade shows and award ceremonies with colleagues as and when required.

For this role candidates will need to have previous experience supporting an SME with all areas of marketing and ideally hold a relevant marketing qualification.

Candidates will need to have strong knowledge of CANVA & Adobe illustrator, and good working knowledge of other marketing platforms.
