Ecosurety is looking for an accurate, dynamic, and client-focused coordinator to join our Innovation and Policy division. The role will involve supporting schemes we manage that increase recycling in the UK. Presently these schemes include the recycling of flexible plastics, and other schemes such as reuse or refill are in the pipeline. The role requires good people and organisational skills, along with great IT and data management abilities (mainly in Excel). Data processing and analysis is a key part of the role.

Job Description
- Manage defined project areas
- Provide data processing for the team
- Answering queries relating to project progress
- Responsible for applying complex cost sharing mechanisms to budget forecasts
- Responsible for providing regular cost forecasts to high profile clients
- Explaining complex data models to clients
- Escalating queries to the appropriate staff member
- Liaising with clients to understand and resolve any problems that may arise
- Undertaking data checking and validation
- Writing up processes
- Continually seek ways to improve efficiencies of handling data
Person Specification
- Great communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics concisely
- Great IT literacy, particularly in Excel and Microsoft applications
- Proven experience working with data and translating it into meaningful insights
- Great numeracy and ability to manage data in spreadsheets
- Ability to implement processes and system efficiencies
- Ability to present to external clients/partners
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to take on new (often technical) information quickly

Package
- £27K-£30 per year
- Fixed-term contract to 31st March 2026, full time, 8 hours per day
- 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
