Skills Coach - Adult Social Care
Location: Hull
Salary: £15-£17 Per Hour
Hours: 22.5 hours per week - 3 days per week
Reed Further Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Skills Coach in Adult Social Care to join our team. This role requires a Level 5 Leadership qualification in Adult Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, review, assess, monitor, and track learners in the vocational field.
- Deliver learning, training, coaching, and assessment to meet employer and learner needs.
- Undertake Internal Verification duties.
- Maintain compliance with apprenticeship funding rules.
- Promote digital skills and use college IT systems.
- Provide an inclusive learning environment with enrichment activities.
- Offer information, careers advice, and guidance on work-based programmes.
- Represent the college with employers to ensure repeat business.
- Participate in promotional and open events.
- Embed Functional Skills into delivery to challenge and develop learners' English and Maths skills.
- Ensure timely progress and achievement of all elements, including Functional Skills.
