People and Culture Manager

Are you a People & Culture Manager looking to join a smaller company that is growing and is based in North Hertfordshire?

You will be passionate about delivering HR professional services, ensuring that the People function remains up to date and compliant. Working as part of the Senior Management team you will drive the business forward as it grows bringing exceptional relationship skills along with the ability to impact and influence others.

You will come from a strong HR Professional Background, CIPD qualified would be desirable, Payroll experience would be advantageous and experience of managing ISO9001

You will need the following skills:-

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Driven and enthusiastic with ability to work on own initiative
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Courage to challenge to ensure best practice is maintained

In return they offer a salary of £45-55k plus benefits, some travel will be involved.
