As the vehicle damager assessor you will be the heart of operations, with the key responsibilities below:
- Ensure detailed records of assessments, estimates, and any additional findings are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the repair team to share assessment findings and facilitate a smooth handover from assessment to repair.
- Stay current with the latest industry standards, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines to guarantee accurate assessments.
- Partner with customers to gather critical information for precise estimation.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to locate damages and meticulously record them.
What we need from you?
- Previous experience as a VDA/Estimator with knowledge of Audatex is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of the vehicle repair process
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
