Harrogate Store – Must live within a commutable distance
Salary Circa £22k Dependent on Experience
Full-time 5 days per week (including weekends on a rota basis)
38-40 hours per week (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, flexibility required, especially in summer)

About the role
- Greet and assist brides and their parties, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct bridal consultations to understand each bride's vision and preferences
- Manage the client journey from initial consultation to final fitting
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our bridal collections and designers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, fittings, and alterations
- Provide personalised styling advice and recommendations
- Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate processing of payments
- Manage inventory, including receiving new stock and updating records
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable experience
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the boutique's appearance
- Utilise social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, to promote the boutique
- Handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
Ideal Candidate:
- Resides within a 30-minute commute of Harrogate
- Passionate about weddings and bridal fashion
- Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to exceptional customer service
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a luxury retail environment
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to manage the client journey from initial consultation to final fitting
- Proficiency in social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok
