Are you a Data Administrator looking to work for a well-established company based in Leigh who work internationally? Your main function will be data entry, collecting pricing information, Update and maintain data, spreadsheets and contributing to the overall success and development of the department and the business. You will be rewarded with a company that supports staff, working with household names and client base, supported in personal growth with career progression, ongoing training, fantastic supportive colleagues. Hours 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch. Salary is £24,000 rising to £25,000 Following successful probation period.

Data Administrator Duties:

  • Monitoring data team email inbox.
  • Accept and handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Source and migrate data from different sources, collect format and save data obtained.
  • Update and maintain sell pricing, print pricing, clean data, add data on in-house databases and spreadsheets.
  • Calculate sell pricing for items selected for the year ahead along with collecting cost pricing from suppliers for items selected to feature in the company's range.
  • Update and maintain data when required within our in-house databases (website/portal.
  • Summarise and explain gathered/ data results to different audiences in a way that aids understanding
  • Maintain good working knowledge of systems and continuing updates.
  • Other administrative duties as required with the role.

The ideal Data Administrator would meet the following:

  • Experience in a similar role, data entry or Administration - training will be given.
  • Its essential that you have a good working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets.
  • Required experience of Microsoft office, Word, Outlook and other word processing tools.
  • You will have a high attention to detail, accuracy and good data entry skillset.
  • Essential, worked in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
  • Good Communication skills both written and verbal, ability to build rapport quickly, team player.
