Duties
- PPMs
- Reactive maintenance
- Fault finding
- Full service on AHUs/FCUs
- VAV/VRV systems - strip downs and repairs
- Bearings, Shafts, Valves
- Fitting new pipes
- Pumps - strip downs and fault finding
- Mechanical seals
- Chillers
- Cooling towers
- Basic plumbing
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating/Mechanical Engineering
- F-Gas (desirable)
- 18th Edition (desirable)
