Description
Finance Business Partner responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department
- Provide financial advice and strategic support to management
- Business partner and drive business performance whilst constructively challenging operations
- Finalise reporting packs
- Develop key financial and statistical data
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Experience in Business Partnering
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
Finance Business Partner job on offer:
- A yearly salary range of £40,000 to £48,000, depending on experience
- Based in Oxford with parking on site
- Hybrid working
- 25 days holiday
