Head of Paid Media
The Job:
- Leadership - Gain the respect and trust of your team with your industry knowledge, forward thinking and ability to motivate your team by bringing them along for the ride.
- Development - Ensure a culture that promotes learning and develops your team members to thrive.
- Strategic Governance - working alongside Strategy Team to ensure big thinking and award winning strategy for all your clients.
- Performance - Accountability for overall performance of key clients as well as your team.
- New Biz - Lead, or sign off, all Paid Media sections of New Biz responses to RFP.
- Operational Excellence - Ensure best in class, and standardised, operations and processes across your team.
- Revenue and Resourcing - Responsible for forward planning and resourcing of team vs. requirements
- Vendor Relationships - Build relationships and promote us to key vendors (Google, Meta etc) with joint business plans and training
- External Promotion - Opportunity to speak at webinars/events as well PR.
- Internal Promotion - Ensure the wider agency is up to speed with innovation and developments in Paid Media with workshops etc.
You:
- 7+ years of experience in PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic/Addressable. - preferably agency side.
- 2+ years leadership experience.
- Expert knowledge of PPC and Paid Social platforms / qualified where applicable.
- Proven experience running large Paid Media accounts
- Experience working with New Business teams and on pitches.
- Ability to 'roll up your sleeves' and get hands-on in accounts if required
