Billing and Finance Administrator Assistant
Salary: £23,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Billing and Finance Administrator Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based position at our Nottingham Head Office, working from 9 am to 5 pm. You will work directly under the Finance Manager, supporting various billing and finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of bills, from pro-forma to dispatch.
- Collaborating with the credit control team to resolve client credit queries.
- Coordinating with billing and cashier teams on bill adjustments, VAT issues, and more.
- Producing and dispatching invoices and related correspondence.
- Managing disbursement processing for the firm.
- Liaising with clients as needed.
About You:
- Experience in a numerical and process-driven administrative role.
- Previous experience in billing administration is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confidential approach.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- A proactive, professional, and personable team player.
