We have a rare opportunity to join one of the largest pest control companies in the UK, covering England, Scotland, and Wales. With over 30 years' experience, they specialise in all forms of commercial and residential pest control, bird control and specialist environmental services.
They are seeking to recruit a Pest Control Sales Surveyor in the M4 corridor (North-West London, Reading, Slough) area. If you are enthusiastic about customer service, providing solutions to pest problems and working as part of a national team, we want to hear from you.
Salary: £29,000 + uncapped commission & quarterly incentives
Hours: Monday to Friday/overtime available

If you already hold experience with the pest control sector and are looking for that next step - this could be your ideal role. However, full training and support will be provided with a view to work towards a BPCA qualification.
- Planning sales appointments
- Conducting on-site surveys
- Developing relationships with clients both new and existing
- Identifying sales opportunities
Do you have the required skills & attributes?
You will be a confident and well organised individual who is not only a great communicator, but also a good listener; with the ability to be clear and concise in your written communications. Excellent time management skills and be capable of managing your diary effectively is imperative along with being self-motivated with a commitment to succeed personally and to help drive the business forward.
- Strong IT skills to include MS Office, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to pick up internal systems effectively
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience of working in a sales or field sales environment
- Key account management experience
It would be an advantage if you have:
- Servicing and Technical knowledge of either pest and/or bird work
- RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management qualification
- Knowledge of products and services within the pest industry
