I am actively seeking a passionate Architectural Technician to join an award-winning innovative RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice in Central Manchester. This well-established practice draws on its almost 20 years of experience to deliver technically expert, inspiring, and unique designs through a mix of sectors with a specialist focus on residential focus. Their exciting portfolio covers projects from small domestic all the up to multimillion pound masterplans.
The successful Architectural Technician will have several years of post-qualification experience working on residential projects, with strong technical abilities and ideally job running experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Extensive post qualification experience within the Architectural Industry
- Substantial experience working across residential small and medium sized projects
- Excellent technical capabilities ideally with Vectorworks or AutoCAD
- Confident working independently with limited supervision
- Can hit the ground running
- Able to be heavily involved in running jobs on site
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals
- Work well within a team environment
- Technically minded with a keen eye for detail
- Capable at producing high quality tender and construction packages
- Keen to input to continued company growth
