They are leaders within their field and are entering an exciting phase of scale-up and commercialisation. Due to the natural growth of the business, they are looking for a Lead Scientist to join their team.
What you will be doing?
As a Lead Scientist, you will be heavily involved in helping to commercialize their product by adapting properties to meet the customer requirements and be involved in mechanical testing of the product.
What are they looking for?
- They are looking for someone who has a background in Material Science or Engineering.
- Experience in the rubber industry or working with rubber products.
- Knowledge of mechanical testing.
- Experience working for a start-up is a bonus.
