Finance Analyst- Bids / Yeovil / £16.90 per hour

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in compiling and analysing financial data to support bids for UK contracts. Your insights will ensure our bids are financially sound and competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyse financial data to support bid processes.
- Bid Translation: Translate customer bid requirements for internal teams.
- Costing: Ensure bid scope is accurately costed.
- Consolidation: Consolidate bids and cost data from various sources.
- Financial Projections: Establish and predict cash contract values and annual cash accruals.
- Risk Management: Manage financial risks associated with bid submissions.
- Negotiation Support: Assist UK and International business units during negotiations.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide financial analysis for product, capital, and site investments.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in bid finance or pricing is a plus.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, ability to handle complex financial modeling, and excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Team player, able to work under pressure, and capable of continuous process improvement.
This is a 12 month temporary contract, with the potential to extend
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
