Purchasing Administrator/ Coordinator
Location - Godalming, Surrey
Salary - £25,000- £30,000

They are looking for a detailed oriented and proactive purchasing administrator/coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that all materials and services are acquired at the best possible cost and delivered on time to meet the projects schedules. This role is all about efficiency and effectiveness.
You will need to have previous experience as a purchasing administrator/ coordinator for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative part of purchasing
- Collaborate , coordinate, and escalate on customer issues acting as a customer issue acting as a customer advocate while working with all departments
- Document transactions in ERP system
- Create content for knowledge based on systems
- Seek out opportunities to add value
- Product pricing. Creation. Categorisation
- Claim procedures
