About the Role:

The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts (particularly LinkedIn), and driving brand awareness. This role involves supporting various marketing activities, leveraging AI tools, and utilizing market intelligence platforms like Crunchbase, Datahub, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, targeting the US and UK markets.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Drive email campaigns from creation to execution and analysis.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efforts, determining the best strategies, optimal posting times, and content placement.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the recruitment space, including the drivers market in the US.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and presentations.
  • Leverage testimonials effectively to build credibility and trust.
  • Utilize platforms like Crunchbase, Datahub, and LinkedIn for market intelligence and outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing,
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn as a marketing tool.
  • Expertise in driving email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and understanding how to apply them to marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with market intelligence platforms like Crunchbase and Datahub.
