Talentedge are exclusively working with a rapidly scaling VC backed Ecommerce business who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in driving the business's financial strategy and growth. As the FP&A Manager, you will be reporting directly to the CFO and be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the financial success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement to drive profitability.
- Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support the company's growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with significant years PQE
- Extensive background in Ecommerce or Retail.
- Experience working for VC backed start-up/scale-up business would be ideal
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex financial models and forecasts.
- Proficient in Xero
