The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The new Senior Project Manager will step into a role where you'll manage prestigious High-End Commercial builds, as well as High-End Residential, Student Accommodation, Sport & Leisure, Hotels, and Healthcare projects up to a whopping £220M.
Joining forces with a dedicated team, you'll handle Project Management, Employer's Agent, Contract Administration, and Development Management responsibilities. With a growing portfolio which promises dynamic and exciting challenges.
The successful Senior Project Manager will have a fantastic pathway to Associate, bolstered by the support of a seasoned Chartered team, helping you achieve both short-term and long-term professional milestones.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
The incoming Senior Project Manager will ideally have:
- A degree in Project or Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Ideally Accredited with RICS, APM or CIOB or committed to achieving
- Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Full UK driving license
- A successful track record running projects from inception to completion, confident in all RIBA stages
