Hybrid working ( 2 days home based Thursday & Friday)

Are you happy to consider a 9 month FTC role in a fast-growing consultancy with an exceptional client portfolio, friendly team and collaborative environment?

We are looking for a proactive office manager/finance administrator who will support senior management and the broader team with operational and administrative tasks allowing the business to run smoothly and to scale.

The role will see you delivering high quality operational and administrative support daily and be a key contributor to the success of the companies sustainable growth. In this position, you will work directly with the 2 Managing partners and engage with very senior clients ( CEO's of investment funds) to facilitate business mandates and, as such, you will act as an important ambassador for the company.

  • EA to x2 Managing Partners
  • Manage Xero bookkeeping software: issuing invoices to clients, reconciling transactions, preparing payments, interacting with outsourced accounting and finance suppliers for payroll, VAT and other matters.
  • Booking travel arrangements for the team occasionally
  • Operational onboarding of newcomers: buying and preparing computers, entry pass, Microsoft log in etc, and explaining operational procedures and tools
  • Act as basic IT support for operational softwares and procedures (Microsoft office 365 suite, OneDrive and SharePoint, Teams, Hubspot etc)
  • Manage expense software and expense processes
  • Planning employee events, including year-end party and internal offsites, and potentially client events in the future
  • Act as the contact point for building & office management companies or future landlords.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary, for stationary, coffee, business cards etc

NB. Salary will be dependent upon experience.
