About the role
QuickThought is a purpose-built, AI-powered chat assistant for conveyancing firms. It sits on a firm's website, answers routine queries in plain English, and captures a visitor's details only once genuine intent is clear. The result is a steady flow of qualified, GDPR-compliant enquiries that typically double a firm's new-matter openings each month, without any extra effort from fee-earners.
Your mission is to put QuickThought on the radar of more conveyancing & accountancy practices. You'll research target firms, start tailored conversations, demonstrate the product, and steer prospects through our risk-free sixty-day pilot, securing at least twenty new annual contracts in your first year.
What you will do
- Research about thirty new firms each week and record how they capture enquiries on their websites.
- Find at least two decision makers in every firm, gather their email addresses, and connect with them on the leading professional network site.
- Write clear, personalised messages and emails that speak to each firm's current intake process and invite them to a short call or to read our white paper.
- Book around six discovery calls or online demonstrations each week.
- Run product demonstrations, answer questions, and gain agreement to a sixty-day cost-free pilot on a twelve-month contract.
- Close five new contracts every quarter.
- Keep all activity and pipeline records up to date in our customer-relationship system.
- Meet with the chief executive and the business strategy lead every two weeks to review progress.
