Your new role
Assist with day to day operational matters within the shipping team
Monitor purchase order schedule and delays
Coordinate and assist with shipment of goods
Arrange and schedule international deliveries
Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders and logistics partners
Verify shipping documentation
Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders
Communicate with the forwarder and resolve shipping issues and any potential issues
Maintain accurate records for audits
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 1 -2 years experience in shipping or logistics communication
Strong customer service skills
Strong organisational skills
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
