Talent Guardian is partnering with a renowned company in Maidstone to find a motivated Sales Administrator to join their team!

In this role, you will report to the Sales Team Leader, supporting back-office functions of the Sales team. You will learn the sales process and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team of field-based BDMs and the Sales Team Leader.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to all calls, enquiries, transactions, or correspondence from external partners.
  • Proactively call external partners.
  • Maintain and build relationships with external partners to maximise business opportunities.
  • Liaise with various internal departments on different matters.
  • Extract and report information from the in-house CRM system.
  • Update and collate information across multiple departments.
  • Register new partners and individuals in the system.
  • Learn the application process, focusing on potential issues and solutions.
  • Review applications, cross-referencing with relevant databases and local portals.
  • Attend in-house training sessions with various departments and third-party IT programs.
