Technical Support Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in the biomedical industry, they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team.
The Role:
You'll be providing technical support to customers and Field Support staff- diagnosing and troubleshooting complex equipment and systems, including software and applications. You'll be a problem solver who can co-ordinate with customers and Field Support staff to resolve complex issues. You'll analyse product issues, recommend solutions, and implement fixes or escalate problems as needed to ensure they're resolved effectively.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You'll have over 3+ years' experience in hardware support or field support role, ideally within an automated environment.
- Ideally, you'll have a background in IT hardware, manufacturing, mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Demonstrate a knack diagnosing faults and issues both on site and remotely.
- You'll be familiar with platforms like Salesforce.com and Oracle.
