Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to inform them about products and services utilising pre-determined sales scripts and templates
- Follow up on internal and website leads.
- Answer questions about the products and services that are on offer.
- Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
- Use your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.

Skills & Experience:
- Good communication skills and telephone manner.
- Driven approach to meet and exceeding targets.
- Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working.
