Full Time: Mon - Thu 7:30am-4:30pm with an early finish on Friday at 12:30pm

Adecco Bounemouth are looking for an experienced Welding Coordinator/Inspector to oversee and ensure the quality of our client's welding processes and output. As a Welding Coordinator/Inspector you will play a key role in managing welding projects, from overseeing welders' work to inspecting weld quality to meet both client and industry standards. Welding Coordinator/Inspector role requires a deep understanding of welding techniques, materials, and standards, particularly in TIG and MIG welding. Your keen eye for detail and ability to coordinate projects will ensure that their products consistently meet exceptional quality standards.

Welding Coordinator/Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Oversee welding operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of welds, including visual inspection.
  • Coordinate welding procedures, work schedules, and team assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and fabrication teams to ensure adherence to technical drawings and welding symbols.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to welders, improving quality and productivity.
  • Maintain and update records of inspections, welding logs, and certifications
