The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated

Behaviour Support Worker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young people from challenging backgrounds and helping them succeed academically and emotionally. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of reward and restoration, helping students overcome barriers to learning through positive engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with complex learning needs in both group settings and on a one-to-one basis.
  • Helping manage challenging behaviour by promoting a positive and restorative approach.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with students to enhance their educational experience.
  • Assisting in the delivery of high-quality lessons, supporting teachers in maintaining an inclusive and focused learning environment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A motivated and compassionate individual who enjoys working with young people facing barriers to education.
  • Someone who can build positive relationships with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience of working with children with behavioural or learning difficulties is desirable but not essential.
  • A commitment to upholding our values and working within a team dedicated to improving outcomes for every student.
