This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Paid Search, who has previously worked within an agency setting, to lead and innovate within a thriving and supportive environment.
As the Head of Paid Media, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day management of all paid media activities. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, driving the success of campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve outstanding results for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimising performance, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of paid media specialists to achieve their full potential.
- Manage and optimise large-scale PPC campaigns to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
- Analyse data and provide insights to improve campaign performance, making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to integrate paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Managing client relationships, ensuing client retention and loyalty, and identifying areas for client growth.
You will need:
- Proven experience in Paid Media
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Tik Tok
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
